Our Aluminum Asphalt Strip is a cold-applied, self-adhesive, aluminum-backed waterproof tape. It features a thick aluminum-plastic composite surface, a robust rubber asphalt-based adhesive, and an additional anti-stick release film treated with silicone.
This material exhibits outstanding UV protection performance and excellent sealing and waterproof capabilities. It is designed for waterproof sealing of most types of roofs and windows. The Aluminum Asphalt Strip has strong adhesion to glass, metal, plastic, wood, clay, and cement. It is suitable for various construction and engineering applications, especially in scenarios requiring long-term waterproof protection.
Our Aluminum Asphalt Strip, through its unique formulation and design, offers an efficient and long-lasting waterproof solution. The product fully complies with AWSI/AWWAC209-00 and ASTM standards.
This product should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight. The same environment must be maintained during transportation. The storage temperature range must not be lower than 16°C (60°F) and must not exceed 49°C(120°F), and the humidity must not exceed 90%. Keep upright and stack no more than five layers. The shelf life is 12months (re-inspection is required if the expiration date is exceeded).
